1.一定在機器完全冷卻的情況下進行。否則由於熱應力的影響，會使氣缸體、氣缸蓋等機件產生變形、致使影響內燃機的各種性能。

2.在拆卸氣缸蓋、連杆軸承蓋、主軸承蓋等零部件時，其螺栓或螺母的鬆開，必 須按一定次序對稱均勻地分2~3次拆卸。不允許鬆完一邊再鬆另一邊的螺母或螺栓，否則，由於零件受力不均勻而使零件產生變形，有的甚至產生裂紋而損壞。

2. When disassembling cylinder head, connecting rod bearing cap, main bearing cap and other parts, the bolts or nuts must be disassembled symmetrically and evenly for 2 ~ 3 times in a certain order. It is not allowed to loosen the nut or bolt on the other side after loosening one side, otherwise the parts will be deformed due to uneven stress, and some will even be damaged due to cracks.

3.認真做好核對記號工作。對有記號的零件記下來，沒有記號的應做上記號。記號應打在易於看到的非工作麵上，不要損傷裝配基準麵，以便盡量保持機器原有的裝配關係。有些零件，如發電機上各導線的接頭等，可用掛牌子等方法進行標號。

3. Carefully check the marks. Note down the marked parts, and mark those without marks. The mark shall be marked on the easily visible non working surface without damaging the assembly datum plane, so as to maintain the original assembly relationship of the machine as far as possible. Some parts, such as the connector of each conductor on the generator, can be labeled by hanging a brand and other methods.

4.拆卸時不能猛敲打，正確使用各種工具，特別是專用工具。比如，拆卸活塞時應盡量使用活塞環裝卸鉗，拆卸火花塞應使用火花塞套筒，且用力不能過猛。否則容易使自己的手受傷，並且容易損壞火花塞。

4. Do not knock violently during disassembly, and use various tools correctly, especially special tools. For example, piston ring handling pliers shall be used as much as possible when removing the piston, and spark plug sleeve shall be used when removing the spark plug, and the force shall not be too strong. Otherwise, it is easy to hurt your hand and damage the spark plug.
