焦化煤氣利用煤氣發電熱電聯產
中國是全世界最大的焦炭生產國,每年估計有2億噸左右的優質煤炭用於生產焦炭,僅山西一省的不完全統計,每年煉焦消耗煤炭就超過9,000萬噸。盡管今年中國限製了焦炭出口,但全年預計出口總量仍然將超過1,300萬噸,中國焦炭的出口量直接影響著世界市場。根據煉焦爐型和煤質不同的條件,每噸原煤轉化為焦炭時可以產生300~400立方米,熱值當量1,500~4,500大卡/立方米的焦化煤氣,全國每年在煉焦中伴生600-800億立方米的焦化煤氣,粗略估算折合約250-350億立方米的天然氣,超過西氣東輸工程的熱值總量,相當3,000~4,000萬噸標準煤。
China is the world's largest producer of coke, with an estimated 200 million tons of high-quality coal used for coke production each year. According to incomplete statistics from Shanxi Province alone, the annual consumption of coal for coking exceeds 90 million tons. Despite China's restrictions on coke exports this year, it is expected that the total export volume for the whole year will still exceed 13 million tons, and China's coke export volume directly affects the world market. According to the different conditions of coke oven type and coal quality, each ton of raw coal can be converted into coke to produce 300-400 cubic meters of coking gas with a calorific value equivalent of 1500-4500 kcal/cubic meter. China produces 60-80 billion cubic meters of coking gas annually in coking, roughly estimated to be equivalent to about 25-35 billion cubic meters of natural gas, exceeding the total calorific value of the West East Gas Pipeline Project and equivalent to 30-40 million tons of standard coal.
在目前生產焦炭的工藝流程中,絕大多數的項目沒有回收利用焦化煤氣,不是采取火炬頭排空燃燒,就是直接放散。不僅造成了資源的嚴重浪費,對環境也產生的巨大汙染。在山西、陝西和內蒙的一些產焦地區,大氣汙染已經達到了觸目驚心、無法忍受的程度,空氣中彌漫著嗆人的煙霧和硫化氫的臭味,造成當地呼吸道疾病的蔓延,肺癌發病率持續走高,嚴重危害到當地人民群眾的身體健康,對社會穩定和經濟持續發展都構成了極大的威脅。
In the current production process of coke, the vast majority of projects do not recycle coking gas, either by using torch heads to exhaust and burn, or by directly releasing it. Not only does it result in serious waste of resources, but it also causes significant pollution to the environment. In some coke producing areas in Shanxi, Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia, air pollution has reached a shocking and unbearable level. The air is filled with choking smoke and the odor of hydrogen sulfide, causing the spread of local respiratory diseases, the incidence rate of lung cancer continues to rise, seriously endangering the health of local people, posing a great threat to social stability and sustainable economic development.
